Sustainability at Innokas is driven by environmental, social, and governance factors. In defining our approach, in addition to saving the planet, we focused on strengthening our employer brand, ensuring long-term business success, opening new markets, building trust, and aligning with our core values, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Our sustainability roadmap outlines our long-term goals for sustainable business and will be continuously updated as we progress toward them. Here are five key areas where we want to maintain our goal-driven initiatives. While there is still a long way to go, achieving these objectives will always be in our sights.
Our goal: Sustainability isn't just a buzzword for us; it's our way of life. As people, employees and leaders, we want to include sustainability in all aspects through our value chains with all our stakeholders. Sustainability guides our organization's decisions at all levels.
Our long-term plan involves acquiring customer references on projects where sustainable design and manufacturing has been engaged, train personnel on sustainability activities, and continuously engage employees.
Our goal: We ensure that all relevant sustainability laws and regulations as well as our internal guidelines and Group level sustainability guidance are followed accordingly. Our dedication to meeting these requirements demonstrates our commitment to responsible business practices.
We will regularly review SBTi performance and make improvements as needed, as well as implement waste handling processes where appropriate to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
Our goal: As a partner in contract manufacturing, we take pride in being leaders in sustainability. Our focus on ecological practices and ethical sourcing sets us apart as a reliable and sustainable choice.
Our goal: Sustainability is at the core of our product development process. We excel in creating products that have minimal negative impacts and maximal positive impact on environment people and society through their lifecycles.
We will begin conducting training on service packages to improve customer communication and implement effective marketing and communication strategies to enhance outreach and engagement.
Innokas has identified those SDGs that are most relevant for us in terms of our operations and our capabilities to support the goals. We have chosen to promote the following goals in our sustainability work and have included them in our sustainability roadmap:
The work to integrate these targets into our sustainability KPIs is ongoing and will be reported in more detail in our coming sustainability reports.
