In her prior role as Clinical Development Lead she gained an in-depth understanding of (pre)clinical development, including testing practices and requirements. Satu has over 10 years of experience in working with regulatory affairs and is passionate about sharing her insights and hands-on guidance on how to turn compliance from something that you "must do" to something that truly gives you the advantage.

Synne Christiansen is a seasoned service and strategic designer with over 20 years of experience bridging user insight and business strategy to create impactful customer experiences. Her work empowers companies to reach their goals through solutions that are both human-centered and strategically grounded. Her career spans both international and domestic landscapes — from East Africa and Central America, to many years at EGGS Design in Oslo, where she led their public sector initiative. Synne has extensive experience in designing services within health and social care, particularly for children, youth and vulnerable groups. Today, she is Director at Sprint, where she started the growing design team, in the intersection between design and management consulting. Synne helps organizations shape outstanding user experiences across channels and products, while also supporting them in becoming truly customer-centric. This includes aligning organizational structures, governance models, technology use, strategic CX ambitions, and internal competence development — all to foster a culture where design and customer value go hand in hand.

He is known for tailoring strategy frameworks to each client’s context and for his hands-on approach to execution. Before joining Sprint, he held roles at EY, Varde Hartmark, Wilhelmsen, and Utleiemegleren. Marius holds a degree in economics from Heriot-Watt University and Skema Business School.
